The Bride:

I wanted to thank you for all of your help, because with out you, it wouldn't have been possible. It is important to be on top of things, and that you were (late nights, early mornings, money saving ideas & last minute "have to's"). You pushed me when I needed that extra push, especially when I lost hope of ever finishing.

I know I wasn't always easy to work with. "BRIDEZILLA" comes to mind. I want you to know you are appreciated, and  you are more than welcome to use us as a reference for your future customers.

I have no regrets, only fond memories.  THANK YOU!
Heather Stewart

The Bride:

When I first met Danielle, her friendly manner instantly set me at ease. I was astonished at how warm and down to earth she was. Having little experience with weddings, I was afraid of being bowled over by a pushy and demanding wedding planner. Danielle was neither of these. Her relaxed demeanor made her easy to talk to, and her creative ideas kept me interested. She was very thoughtful and accommodating. She was, also, extremely helpful and was there when I needed her.

I’m a pretty insecure person, and I couldn’t have gotten through this without Danielle’s encouragement. Whenever I had a “freak-out” moment, Danielle was always there, with a kind word and a gentle voice, willing to help me through. My fiancé and I went through many hardships while planning our dream wedding. We both lost our jobs at different points, we moved, and I even converted to a new religion. Danielle was always there when we needed her, whether it was to re-evaluate our budget, find ways to cut costs, or just to give us an open and friendly ear when the stress got too high.

On the day of the wedding, Danielle was remarkable. I didn’t find out until later that we had a few small snags in the preparation. She had handled things so smoothly and discreetly. When I entered the reception hall, the scene was more beautiful than I could imagine. Had this really been set up in the other room without my knowing? Indeed it had, and we had Danielle, as well as some other great helpers, to thank for all of it.

Through the entire wedding effort, Danielle was there for us. She was supportive, attentive, and creative. She proved to be on top of her game at every turn, every snag, and every crisis. We couldn’t have done any of it without her.

      I didn’t just acquire a wedding planner, I gained a friend.

The Groom:

I was initially unsure about getting a wedding planner because I like to be able to do things on my own and a wedding planner seemed like cheating. In hindsight though, Danielle proved indispensable and I can not picture trying to do the wedding without her.

I had never been to a wedding before, much less attempted to plan one, and there were many elements that would have caused last minute stress had Danielle not always been one step ahead of me in planning which meant that the day of the wedding was planned out and executed wonderfully.

It takes a leap of faith to entrust to someone else one of the most important days of your life and Danielle came through for us far more than I ever expected.

The Bride:

I met Danielle Wright, wedding planner from “The Possible Dream Wedding & Events”, online at www.bnweddings.com in July 2006. We had a baby girl in July and it was very challenging trying to plan a wedding and take care of a newborn at the same time. I decided that I would like to have her help me through this whole wedding planning process and to be there with me on our wedding day; planning for a wedding can be very overwhelming, and this gal has all the details down pat!

My fiancé and I really wanted an outdoor wedding in June, and it seemed like we tried everywhere around Bloomington, and they were either booked or overpriced. Danielle came up with the idea of McGraw Park in Bloomington, IL. Even though we have lived in Bloomington for quite some time, we’d never heard of it. She told us to go take a look, and as soon as we saw it, we knew it was our perfect ceremony site, and it wasn’t even that expensive! We chatted on the phone and emailed back and forth a couple times a month keeping each other up to date and bouncing ideas off each other. She was always very prompt at returning my emails and calls, and if she hadn’t heard from me in awhile, she would drop me an email asking how we were doing. It was very nice to have someone keep me on my toes, but yet not overbearing or demanding at all. I actually did not meet Danielle in person until February 2007 when we met for coffee. She didn’t hesitate at all to drive all the way from Clinton to meet me! We talked about how things were coming along, and she gave me more great ideas of places to check for rose petals, invitations, food, etc. She gave me a great list she came up with from 12 months down to the day of the wedding that would not let us miss any details and keep us on track, we went through that list together to date, and to my surprise… we really were on track! That meeting left me very reassured that I made the right choice in choosing Danielle, I felt confident that our wedding was going to be gorgeous and everything I dreamed of… unless there was rain!

A couple months before the wedding, my fiancé and I met Danielle at McGraw Park and measured for power sources, talked, and envisioned how everything was going to be set up and how we were going to seat 250+ people there. Then we went to the reception site, where we envisioned that too. It really helped all of us out to picture how everything was going to come together.

When the week of the wedding came, Danielle asked if there was anything she could help me with. I was sort of in a panic because last minute we didn’t have a videographer, she helped me find one that was not only reasonable and available, but very good and professional. Danielle was there for the rehearsal to help us all feel confident in what we were going to do. The day of the wedding came, and to our surprise; no rain! At the ceremony, she decorated our daughter’s wagon (she was our flower girl pulled down the aisle) beautifully for us, and made sure everyone went down the aisle at the right moment! As soon as she made sure things were running smoothly, she went straight to the reception site. There, she made sure all the food was set out properly and everything looked perfect. She refilled food during the reception too, we were so pleased! I am so glad that we met Danielle; it made my life a lot less stressed during this busy time in our lives. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
